I used a belt to show where the smallest part of my waist is this time and I’m grazing WL baaabbbyyy (in MY mind I am, lol!). I will be trying my hardest to get as close as possible to the bottom of that sash by midnight December 31, 2012.
My game plan:
- Take my supplements every. darn. day. I’m currently taking GNC Ulta NourishHair and Women’s One-A-Day.
- Continue moisturizing and sealing nightly.
- Protective style like it’s my job.
- Scalp massages every other night. I’m currently using Hair Trigger for my scalp massages. I haven’t been using this long enough to attest to an increase in growth rate (but I’ll be track that this stretch) but it’s been working really well for shedding. I’m game for anything that keeps hair on my head.
- Continue following my regimen.
- Drink plenty of water.
