My Opinion: I love thick conditioners/treatments because I always feel like it’s doing more for my hair. Give me two products that do the same thing, one thick, one on the thinner side and I’ll swear up and down the thicker products works better – not very logically, but oh well. This product is on the thick side, which I of course love. My hair feels soft but not mushy after I’ve rinsed this product out. It feels strong-soft, it that makes any sense. My hair feels moisturized, but not blatantly soft and mushy, but more like the moisturized is locked within the hair. I leave this on for 5 minutes max and that’s all it takes to work it’s wonders on my tresses. It’s makes detangling soo much easier for me, allowing my fingers to glide through my hair was a detangle under running water.

*Overall Assessment*
Months  before I started using these products, I was very frustrated with my hair. I was months into my HHJ but I was still experiencing breakage and I seemed to fail the strand test every time I accepted it. My hair had no elasticity and therefore was so prone to breakage. On days I do a protein treatment w/ PM Super Strong Treatment, I always follow up with PM Instant Treatment right after. This combo has really helped me improve the protein/moisture balance of my hair.

    1. Hi jeni, I have the same question as Tarra… even though it's called the super strong treatment, would you consider it a strong protein on your hair?

    2. Hi Jeni,

I have both PM Hair repair treatment and PM super strong treatment (which I have not used yet) but was wondering what the difference is between the two as they both have protein and repair. Also what level of protein they are (light or medium) and how often youd recommend using each if I wanted to use them routinely. I also see that you used to use PM moisture charged as a deep conditioner. I just purchased and used the other day in hopes that I'd finally have a successful wash day at 9 wks post and it was a success. Only thing I noticed was my hair had never felt so soft and detangled so effortlessly and always here ppl talk about mushy hair so I was confused on if that could have been the case or if that was the way my hair should feel and I had just never experienced it before. Why'd you stop using this deep conditioner? I know I'm replying to a really old post but hope you see it and have time to respond! I'd really appreciate it! Thanks!

Hey Tola, thanks for catching that! I originally took the ingredients from folica.com and didn't even think twice about comparing them to my bottle. I went back to folica.com and they still have the incorrect ingredients. I've corrected them. Thanks!

I'm going to double check my other posts because I've used folica.com for other posts as well.

    4. Hey Jeni I think the ingredients list for the Instant Moisture Treatment is off. It looks like ingredients for a shampoo not a conditioner. Amazon lists it as the following.
