My Assessment:I purchased this conditioner in hopes of finding a cheap but effective deep conditioner but that was not the case. The handful of times I’ve used this conditioner, my hair felt great while wet but once it was dry my hair just didn’t feel as soft as it should have felt. The last time I used this to deep condition I applied to freshly washed hair and put on my heating cap for 30 mins hoping the heat would give it an extra boost, but sadly it didn’t. I’m happy I paid less than $4 for this conditioner because it really didn’t live up to my expectations. For a deep conditioner, it did not leave my hair feeling soft or adequately moisturized. I’ve discontinued use and will not purchased again 🙁

 All the best,

  1. I didn't like this conditioner either. Fortunately, I bought the pack for about $1.

Hey there! Let me know how your hair fares with the Silk Elements Conditioner. Oh I most definitely was NOT a fan of the scent of AO HSR conditioner when I first started using it, but eh, it grew on me. Good luck on your search for the perfect staples! =)

I have that currently sitting in my cupboard I haven't tried it yet but have heard such rave reviews! But some people have reported the EXACT same thing you're saying, bleh it was only 4$ I'll try it after I finished the the gazillion products I got at my recent sally's haul. Can't wait to find my staples so I can be done with his whole like/hate it stage. So far the only products that my hair really likes are Aussie moist, Henna, Herbal Essences Hello hydration, and hibiscus hair rinses. Giovanni smooth as silk conditioner and the direct leave in DID NOT work for me at all =(. I like Aubrey Organics honeysuckle rose on my hair but man oh man do I HATE the smell. Onward I go!
